Former Bedminster Down pupil completes Army training

On Thursday 23rd February former Bedminster Down School pupil Chloe Webber completed her Army training and successfully passed off the square. This ceremony, held at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate, North Yorkshire marked the end of 6 months of tough military training where Chloe was taught basic military skills such as weapons handling, drill, physical training & field exercises and the culmination of a long-held ambition.
The very blustery parade (thank you Storm Doris) was watched by Chloe's very proud family & Mr Priday who gave Chloe advice & guidance several years ago when she first talked about a career in the Armed Forces.
After a period of leave Chloe will now go on to study military vehicle maintenance with her regiment, The Royal Mechanical & Electrical Engineers in Lynham.
We at Bedminster Down School wish Chloe all the very best wishes as she embarks on the next phase of her career in the Army. Well done Chloe.
